Specialization of the power repair base – PRB
• a set mechanical equipment for the repair, reconstruction, and modernization for electrostatic precipitators, and production of spare parts for these;
• production of burner outfits complete with powder lines and air ducts;
• production of axial and centrifugal impellers for flue gas and air fans;
• production of spare parts for reduction gear and bearing blocks, and repair in factory conditions;
• production and repair of auxiliary outfits for boiler equipment
• production of casing pieces with large overall dimensions, metal structures, and non-standard equipment.
EQUIPMENT – PRB
The production building has been separated in two sections:
• lathe-and-cutter machining section;
• fitter section for cutting up, cutting, bending, welding, erection of non-standard equipment and structures.
The spare part and non-standard equipment production workshop is equipped with universal and specialized machines.
The machining section disposes of:
• a vertical lathe of the TITAN SC.33. type, processing pieces with: maximum diameters of 3300 mm, maximum heights of 2300 mm, maximum weights of 18 t;
• a milling-and-planer machine of the FPP – 1000 – 22.130. type, processing pieces with maximum weights of up to 7,6 t;
• a “POREBA” – TZG 250B/4M type face lathe, processing pieces with maximum diameters of 3500 mm, maximum lengths of 7000 mm, maximum weights of 25 t;
• a horizontal boring “Bohrwerk” machine of the W – 100 type – maximum boring diameter – 560 mm, maximum boring depth – 900 mm, table dimensions of 1250x1250 mm, maximum table loading of 3 t.
Also vertical metal shapers, universal lathes, universal milling machines, a balance machine, a radial drilling machine, 50 ton cranes, etc. are disposable.
The locksmith processing section is equipped with shears, column drilling machines, radial drilling machines, welding posts, eccenter presses of 16t, 25t, 100t and 250t, a hydraulic press of 100t, an electric furnace, etc.
Additionally, the company disposes of its own automobile transportation unit that ensures the transportation of the finished produced of the clients.
