2. Fabrication of heating surfaces fot TPPs – spare parts, economizer coils, curtain steam super-heaters, screen systems, collectors, spare parts. The boiler workshop disposes of a modern programmable control pipe-bending machine, a thermal treatment machine, lifting equipment with a lifting equipment with a lifting capacity of 50 tones, and highly qualified specialist. The technological and production discipline are observed, as well as the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
TURBINE WORKSHOP
Main activities:
1. Repair, service maintenance, and reconstruction of steam and water turbines.
2. Manufacture of spare parts for steam and water turbines.
3. Repair of low- and high-pressure pre-heaters, oil coolers for feed pumps, heat exchangers.
4. Fabrication of self-cleaning filters, screens for ball cleaning installations of condensers, fabrication of pipe bundles for steam ejectors, fabrication of air coolers for generator and transformers.
5. Repair of fittings.
The turbine workshop disposes of a modern flaring machine with programmable controls, and lifting equipment with a load lifting capacity of 50 tons.
ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP
Main activities:
1. Repair and service maintenance of low- and high-voltage electric motors.
2. Repair of transformers and electrical units.
3. Balancing of rotors.
4. Repair of generators.
5. Manufacture and repair of industrial electrical installations
The electrical workshop disposes of modern machinery and measuring devices, lifting equipment with a load lifting capacity of 50 tons, and highly qualified specialists.
The technological and production discipline are observed, as well as the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
In the workshop, 40 highly qualified specialists –electrical equipment fitters are at work.
POWER EQUIPMENT REPAIR BASE
Main activities:
1. Repair and manufacture of grinding fans.
2. Fabrication of bundles for regenerative air pre-heaters.
3. Manufacture and repair of mining equipment.
4. Fabrication of spare parts for boiler units.
5. Fabrication and repair of non-stand-and equipment.
The base disposes of modern machinery and measuring devices – lathes, vertical lathes, presses, milling machines, milling-and-planer machines, lifting equipment with 50 tons load lifting capacity, and highly qualified specialists.
The technological and production discipline are observed, as well as the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
In the workshop, 60 highly qualified specialists – turners, milling machine operators, fitters/locksmiths are at work.
FURNACE BUILDING AND INSULATION

1. Placing of heat insulation on pipelines for water steam and hot water, boilers, and vessels
2. Placing of sheet metal cover on insulated pipelines, tanks, filters.
3. Manufacture and repair of air lines.
4. Fabrication and repair of refractory masonries and concretes.
The workshop disposes of modern machinery, lifting equipment with 20 tons lifting capacity, and highly qualified specialists.
