The ambition of the engineering team is to implement the full scope of activities, from the comprehensive preliminary analysis,
through design, supply, and supervision during manufacture and erection, to commissioning and turn-key handover.
We dispose of our own software for mathematical simulation of the heat exchange in the furnace chamber and the heating surfaces for forecasting and assessment of the behaviour of boilers when working under various operation modes, and the combustion of various fuels, and oriented towards long term servicing of the customers.
Technical solutions:
- provide optimum grinding of various types of coal and mill productivity increase;
- guarantee a stable and efficient low NOx emission combustion process in a wide variation range of the boiler loads and the coal characteristics;
- guarantee efficient combustion of fuel oil and natural gas, both as main and firing fuel in up-to-date fully automated burner outfits with excellent reliability and high efficiency;
- protect the boiler components against high and low temperature corrosion;
- protect against slagging and contamination the furnace chambers and the heating surfaces;
- protect against erosion the mills and heating surfaces;
- permit the saving of stabilizing high quality fuel;
- permit the elongation of the boiler’s pressure operated components’ lifetime;
- permit the reduction of power consumption for own needs.
