In 1969, the creation of the Centralized Power Repair and Automation, CPRA company (CPRA) has has marked the beginnings.
In 1974, CPRA has been transformed into the Economic Alliance “Power Repair”, and as of 1995 it has been restructured into Energoremont (Power Repair) Holding EAD.
In 2004, by public offering of shares at the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia, together with its shareholding companies, “Energoremont Holding” JSC has been fully privatized. In the same year, a restructuring of the enterprises within the group was carried out. “Energoremont Radnevo” and “Energoremont Kozloduy” have been created from scratch.
“Energoremont Holding” JSC has its own representative offices in the Czech Republic, the Republic of Macedonia, the Republic of Greece, and the Republic of Lebanon.
