Social Responsibility Policy
The aim of the Social Responsibility System, based on the SA8000 standard, developed and implemented at “Energoremont Holding” JSC, is, on the basis of the international regulations and the applicable national social labour laws, to ensure protection to all workers and officers producing products or providing services of the company in its capacity of supplier/subcontractor, sub-supplier, or home based worker.
The management of “Energoremont Holding” JSC personified by the Chief Executive Director officially declared its SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY which is documented, applied, and communicated at all levels within the firm’s structure.
The Social Responsibility Policy of “Energoremont Holding” JSC is directed towards performing the activities under the conditions of corporate strategic management which contributes to sustainable economic development, upright and ethical labour relations with the workers and officers, their families, and society as a whole, aiming at quality of life improvement.
The management commits itself to create the necessary conditions for observing the Social Responsibility System and for active assistance of the management and execution personnel in its development.
The Social Responsibility Policy is accessible to those working at “Energoremont Holding” JSC in the official language of the Republic of Bulgaria, Bulgarian. In case of necessity, the policy is translated into a language understandable by the interested persons, on account of “Energoremont Holding” JSC.
