The Code of Ethics for the Suppliers and Subcontractors
The Code of Ethics for the Suppliers and Subcontractors of “Energoremont Holding” JSC is based on the eight basic social responsibility requirements:

• Compulsory and Forcible Labour
• Health and Safety
• Freedom of Association and Collective Contracting
• Discrimination
• Disciplinary Practice
• Working Hours
• Remuneration
“Energoremont Holding” JSC in its capacity of partner or employer has the right to gather information and to perform checking as to the conformity of its suppliers and subcontractors with this Code of Ethics.
In this manner, the company encourages its partners to improve their management systems in conformity with the social responsibility principles.
In the event of non-conformities found in reference to the holding’s social responsibility requirements, “Energoremont Holding” JSC requires the undertaking of appropriate corrective actions within a certain time period. The company reserves its right to reassess its supplier or subcontractor or to even delist it from the list of approved such, in case that these non-conformities have not been removed.
