“Energoremont Holding” JSC is a company with a 41 year background in the power field. In 2004, the company has been privatized by the sale of state held shares through the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The Management Board includes Mr. Teodor Osikovski, Chief Executive Director, Mr. Ivan Lichev, Financial Director, and Mr. Hristo Dimitrov, Technical Director.
The major activity areas of the Holding are:
- shareholding and financial resource management,
- commercial operations, scientific-and-research activities, engineering activities,
- rehabilitation, modernization, reconstructions, and repairs of power facilities in TPPs, HPPs, NPPs, as well as heating and factory power plants & systems, both in the power sector and in branches such as chemistry and metallurgy,
- metal control and resource,
- high voltage electric facilities.
In “Energoremont Holding” JSC and its affiliate companies, over 1 000 highly qualified engineers, technicians, and skilled workers with long standing experience in the repair of power facilities are being employed.

Every company has design-and-layout, as well as technological units. Annually, training and qualification improvement of technicians and skilled workers is carried out.
 “Energoremont Holding” JSC and its affiliate companies dispose of production bases equipped with modern metal working machines, welding equipment, general machinery and transportation vehicles, laboratories, as well as welding connection and metal control appliances, all specialized for the needs of power engineering. The production buildings are deployed on more than 350 decares of land and cover over 60 000 sq. m.
